KickPulses is a sports entertainment and community app. It is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering service. You cannot bet real money, and nothing in the app is a stake on the outcome of any event.
Coins, points, ranks, and membership are virtual items for in-app use only. They have NO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted or removed at any time.
All predictions, AI-generated previews, polls, and analysis reports — including any paid or members-only content — are opinions provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are NOT guaranteed to be accurate and are NOT betting, financial, investment, or professional advice. Do not rely on them to place bets or make financial decisions.
Scores, schedules, and statistics are provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant their correctness.
Content published by users or administrators reflects the personal opinions of its authors and does not represent KickPulses.
If the app offers in-app purchases (such as coin packs), payment is processed entirely by Apple under the App Store terms — we never see or store your payment details. Virtual items are delivered digitally and consumed inside the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law and Apple's policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple. Purchases must be made by an adult (18+ or the age of majority where you live) or with a parent or guardian's consent.
You must meet the minimum age required by the App Store rating and the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, use the app only with a parent or guardian's consent.
Never use anything in this app as a basis for real-money gambling. If you choose to gamble anywhere, you do so entirely at your own risk; we accept NO responsibility for any gambling or financial losses, and we do not encourage, facilitate, or accept any form of real-money wagering.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) KickPulses and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KickPulses and its operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
We may modify, suspend, or remove features, content, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
These terms may be shown in other languages for convenience; the English version is the only legally binding text and prevails over any translation.
